Processing Time All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. During peak seasons (holidays, etc.), additional delays may occur.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
